In the Yoga Sūtras, āsana is described with just three sutras — yet within these lines lies an entire philosophy of embodiment.
A posture that is steady and easeful becomes a vessel through which effort softens, the mind quiets, and the practitioner becomes attuned to the deeper currents within.
When the body no longer disturbs, the mind becomes available for true meditation.
Through satsang, guided practice, embodied exploration, meditation, and discussion, this extended class invites you to experience āsana not as doing, but as being — a profound shift that transforms the way we move, breathe, and meet ourselves.
